Willie - a short animated film.
Willie is a short animated film currently in production. Willie is the story of a young girl whose day goes from bad to worse before an unlikely interaction brightens her world. The film is a collaboration with my eldest daughter: she is illustrating the backgrounds and elements and I am colouring and animating the film. The film is aimed at an audience of children and is comprised of coloured pencil drawings animated in a 2D digital cut-out style.
The following images are stills and elements from the current course of production. These include backgrounds, characters, and behind-the scenes production stills. The film is currently in production with no fixed date of completion: this is a personal project being completed within and around other professional commitments.
